Returns will be accepted for defective, incorrect merchandise, or in-stock merchandise which is in the original, unmarked packaging and in resale condition. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice. Special order and custom printed materials are not returnable unless product is defective upon receipt.
If an incorrect order was shipped we will issue a call tag for them to be picked up and we will reship the correct items.
If a customer has ordered an incorrect item they pay the return shipping and handling. There will also be a $5.00 restocking fee per package.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the invoice. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within the state of Tennessee. Standard FedEx ground shipping methods apply unless otherwise specified. Standard Production time is about 5 working days after final approval on proofs.
